What is the Nexus Between Talent Management and Total Rewards?

Should your Employee Value Proposition (EVP) change as the global economic recovery accelerates?

Please join us as the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) presents their compelling research regarding this important and timely subject. Employee satisfaction with the EVP has dropped 14 percentage points from 2006 to 2009, driving down commitment. This is largely a result of significant organizational change - and in particular anticipation of change - which undermines organizations' ability to deliver on their existing value proposition. Based on data from over 50,000 employee surveys and member interviews, the CLC has identified the three most urgent actions organizations should take to rebuild their EVP now to improve performance and retention - and one strategy to avoid.

An expert from a local company will explain how her companys employee value proposition is changing now with respect to total rewards in the global recovery. It will be an interactive program. Bring your questions and concerns and ask the experts! Don't miss our surprise raffle!

This program, like all CLC programs, is approved for Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) credit.
