The Michigan Compensation Association (MoCA) was formed back in 1987 with a goal to promote the free exchange of valuable information of common interests to our members. We believe that by sharing our knowledge, expertise, and experiences with one another, we can not only grow both personally and professionally, but can also contribute to the degree of professionalism in the Human Resources function of our organizations.
MoCA is dedicated to:
- Facilitating the professional development of our members through the exchange of information among total rewards professionals.
- Providing a forum for the review of total rewards policies, practices and legislation.
- Serving as an educational resource for conferences and seminars covering topics important to our field.
- Fostering the advancement and improvement of techniques and practices in total rewards.

We encourage all total rewards practitioners, regardless of industry or years in the field to consider the benefits of professional membership.
Membership is open to anyone. The majority of our members are employed by major organizations in their region.
Human Resources generalists and executives, well versed in matters related to total rewards, are also affiliated with MoCA. MoCA members bring human resource perspectives drawn from a full spectrum of industries.
